1. General policy
   
   1. This policy sets out how GT4K Pty Limited (ACN 137 772 957) (GT4K) collects personal information. It also describes how GT4K maintains, uses and discloses personal information. GT4K respects the privacy of individuals. Generally, GT4K does not release personal information.

However in response to a legal requirement, in an emergency or in exceptional circumstances the Chief Executive Officer may at his or her discretion authorise the release of personal information. In all other circumstances this policy governs the collection, use and disclosure of personal information.
      
2. Collection of personal information
   
1. Where GT4K collects personal information it is collected for GT4K’s business purposes, which are detailed generally on GT4K’s website, www.gt4k.com. Where GT4K documents request personal information, GT4K will state the general purposes for its use and to whom it may be disclosed.
   
3. Use of personal information
   
1. GT4K may from time to time send marketing material that GT4K considers will be useful. It may also send material about GT4K. If GT4K is notified that a person does not wish to receive such information, it will not send it to that person. This does not apply to information that we are legally required to send.
   
2. GT4K uses the personal information that it collects to fulfil its legal obligations and to keep users of its website informed of GT4K’s business and the products and services that it provides.
   
3. You consent to GT4K sending you emails and other communications from time to time about its goods and services.

1. GT4K takes all reasonable steps to protect personal information from loss, unauthorised access, modification, disclosure or other misuse.
   
6. Sensitive personal information
   
1. GT4K does not generally collect any sensitive information as that term is used in the privacy legislation (including information relating to racial or ethnic origin, membership of political bodies, religion, state of health or medical history). If GT4K holds any sensitive personal information that information will only be used and disclosed by GT4K for the purpose for which it was provided.
   
2. If GT4K asks for sensitive information GT4K will explain this.
   
7. Access to personal information
   
1. At any time a person may request access to personal information that GT4K holds about them. GT4K will process such requests within a reasonable time and may charge a fee to cover the costs of verifying the application and retrieving the information requested.

8. Correction of personal information
   
1. GT4K should be promptly notified if there are any changes to an individual’s personal information. A person may ask GT4K at any time to correct personal information held by it about them.

1. GT4K may amend this policy from time to time, and the policy will be published on GT4K’s website.
   
2. Your continued use of the website following such amendment will mean that you accept and agree to the changes.
