1. Product returns policy
   

   General

   1. This policy sets out how GT4K Pty Limited (ACN 137 772 957) (GT4K) deals with product returns.
      

      Acceptance

   2. GT4K may at its option accept the return of products sold or supplied through its website where the product:
      
      1. is faulty;
         
      2. is not fit for the purpose goods or products of that kind are commonly bought;
         
      3. does not match the sample or the description of the good; or
         
      4. is returned in its original condition and in its packaging.
         

      Vouchers and refunds

   3. For products that are returned, GT4K will offer you an exchange voucher or, at its discretion, a refund.
      

      Conditions

   4. Except as set out above, GT4K does not offer refunds for ebooks purchased from this website. You are solely responsible for assessing all the information available about each individual ebook and GT4K recommends that you gain a thorough understanding of the intended use of the ebook prior to making your purchase.
      
   5. The packaging on goods may be opened but the goods should not be used. 
      
   6. Goods should be in a resaleable condition and returned or collection arrangements made promptly at your cost.
